This is not a termination request.
- You have the option to put your automatically recurring membership on hold for any reason.
- The hold must be for a minimum of 10 days and a maximum of 30 days, unless the hold is for an injury or travel then it can exceed 30 days.
- At the expiration of the hold your membership will be extended by the amount of time on hold and your next payment adjusted. If your membership automatically renews on the 1st of each month, your next membership invoice will be prorated for any partial month then resynced to 1st of the month billing.
Membership hold request must be provided 5 days prior to the start of the Hold.
