1-Hour CrossFit Classes

MONDAY - FRIDAY

4:50 am, 6:00 am, 7:15 am, 12pm, 4:00 pm 5:10 pm, 6:20 pm*, 7:30 pm**

* 6:20 pm Monday - Wednesday

** Friday no 7:30 pm class & 6:20 pm is "Friday Night Lights" - Open Gym Format

SATURDAY

8 am, 9:15 am, 10:30 am

SUNDAY

11 am Open Gym

 

 

Thursday at 6:20 pm

Sunday at 10:00 am

Two Sunday's a month at 8:30 am

 

* 4, 1-Hour sessions, target completed over 1 week
