1-Hour Group Class

MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY

5 am, 6am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

* Monday & Wednesday - 6:30 pm Class is Bootcamp

**Friday - 5:30 pm Class is Bootcamp + NO 7:30 pm Class

1-Hour Group Class

Monday & Wednesday at 6:30 pm

Friday at 5:30 pm 

  • Fun, non-technical, core-cardio based workouts.
  • Emphasis on endurance training with a combination of body weight exercise and functional movement.
  • Perfect if training for endurance races: Running, Triathlons, Obstacle.
