Fitness is for everyone.  The BMore Adaptive Training program offers group bootcamp classes plus customized personal training sessions for athletes using assist devices (wheelchairs, crutches, etc.)

BMore Adaptive Bootcamp

Group Classes

$100/Month

* 8 Classes per month

* 90 Minutes on Monday at 10 am and Friday at 9:30 am

* Max 15 people

* Open to all skill levels. Entry level movements and programming done in bootcamp style workouts. Longer workouts focused on moving and increasing heart rate.

* Group Membership renews the 1st of each month

BMore Adaptive Personal Training

4 Personal Training Sessions

$150/Month

* 4, 1-Hour Personal Training Sessions

* Customized to your skill level and goals

* Memberships renew the earlier of 30 days or use of sessions

8 Personal Training Sessions

$250/Month

* 8, 1-Hour Personal Training Sessions

* Customized to your skill level and goals

* Memberships renew the earlier of 30 days or use of sessions

$200/Month
