Member of the Month - March 2022

Congratulations, Nick!

Nick is our March Member of the Month! PUSH511's coaches nominated Nick because he is such an incredibly hard worker in our group CrossFit classes! Here's why they love having him in class:

Coaching and taking classes with Nick, it’s awesome to see where he started and how hard work pays off. He’s always positive and keeps a good vibe for the class.

I don’t get to coach or attend class with Nick often but when I do, I love seeing him just attack workouts. I don’t know if it’s the stache that provides some sort of super power, but it was freaking awesome to watch him complete 22.1. He was so calm and collected through the workout and just kept a great pace, never really letting it slow. He did exactly what he needed to and even sped up the last minute to get as many reps as he could. He has such a great attitude, I wish I got the chance to coach and workout with him more!

Nick WORKS. In the last year he’s worked hard on his weaknesses, often staying after class when he’s able. He puts in extra time doing Beyond the 60, and his strength, engine and stache have increased tremendously. Have you seen that thing? It’s epic. He knows what he’s capable of and knows when to pace a workout or go out hot. He always has a great, even-keeled attitude and takes feedback easily. Absolutely love coaching Nick, and if I’m in a class with him, I like to set up near him so I can absorb some of his strength and feed off of his cool as a cucumber demeanor. Keep up the awesome work, Nick!

Nick Frazier. Strong dude. Cool guy. Great mustache. Name for me a more iconic trio of features in a person. Can’t do it.

Nick is a great athlete, strong as hell, comes in quietly to crush his workouts with a great, consistent pace and awesome attitude. Super nice guy with a killer stache. 10/10 would recommend coaching and working out with him.

Nick is extremely consistent and is always working hard during the daily WOD, but he takes things to another level to achieve his goals. Every day he’s doing accessory work after the WOD to get better and has taken advantage of nutrition coaching in the past to dial that in as well. We all want to achieve a goal, but it will never happen without taking action. Nick does that every day. Be like Nick!

Nick works his ass off. He's really stepped up over the last several months and put in extra work outside of class time and it shows. He's incredibly coachable and humble and so nice to have in class. Always good energy from that guy. I wish we had more Nick's at the gym.
