New Year, new group of PUSH511 member spotlights! Kyle is PUSH511's first CrossFit Member of the Month of 2025!
This is what PUSH511's Coach Kevin, who spearheads the Bmore Adaptive Training program, had to say about Kyle:
Kyle has been the definition of ‘consistent’ and a staple of the Bmore Adaptive program for the last 2.5 years. Completing 2 personal training sessions per week, he has seen tremendous growth in his strength and range of motion, both of which are not easy to come by due to his injury.
Never complains and always up to try something new, he continues to push the boundaries with extreme perseverance and dedication. Not a stranger to hard work from his king-fu days, he mostly just forgets to breathe while working out!
He knows his movie and music trivia, and is a wonderful addition to the push and Bmore adaptive communities! He is a man of many stories and travels, so feel free to ask him about some of his favorites!
