Monday & Wednesday at 6:30 pm

Friday at 5:30 pm 

  • Fun, non-technical, core-cardio based workouts.
  • Emphasis on endurance training with a combination of body weight exercise and functional movement.
  • Perfect if training for endurance races: Running, Triathlons, Obstacle.
