Fun Facts
What is your favorite thing to do in Baltimore?
Exploring local spots—biking around, eating pizza or croissants, trying new food, or walking by the water. Each neighborhood has its own charm, and there’s always something new to discover.
Where are you originally from?
Baltimore- the county, I grew up around the Towson/Parkville area.
Do you have a pet?
Yep! I’ve got a rescue dog—they labeled him a “hound mix,” but he has some more noticeable breeds in him as well. We fostered him during Hurricane Harvey and never gave him back. He’s super sweet but has major stranger danger, so he won’t ever be coming to the gym.
What do you do for work?
I’m a Regulatory Project Manager at the FDA, focused on psychiatry drug approvals. I coordinate studies, reviews, and all the nitty-gritty to bring new treatments to patients. I also stay connected to my roots by working PRN as a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist with Johns Hopkins Care at Home.
What do you like to do for fun?
Besides working out, I stay active with hikes and bike rides, love experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, cherish quality time with family and friends, and jump at any chance to travel.
How long have you been a member of PUSH511 and what class times do you normally attend?
I’ve been a PUSH member since December 2023 and usually hit the 5:10 pm class—though you might spot me at 7:15 am, noon, or 4 pm —and I love the bootcamp sessions too!
If a workout was named after you, what movements would it include and how long is the workout?
A long cardio leg + booty burn: squats, lunges, RDLs, hip thrusts, glute bridges, step-ups, calf raises, with some cycling / rowing intervals mixed in.
What is one thing you've achieved by becoming a member?
Consistently making the monthly Committed Club—and finding like-minded people who are just as crazy about workouts as I am. It’s been motivating and such a fun community to be part of!
