When did you start CrossFit? I started CrossFit in 2020 when I lived in Arlington, VA. It was during COVID, and I was trying to find somewhere to work out, so I Googled "gyms near me". I came across a CrossFit gym that was right across the street from my house, so I walked in one day. I had no idea what CrossFit was or what to expect. It was a rough first day trying to learn some of the movements, but I really liked how invested the coach was, and I wanted to learn, so I stuck with it. I fell in love with it after that.
