Olympic Lifting Clinics

Snatch - Jan. 29th

* Saturday Jan. 29th at Noon, 90 Minutes

* Max 8 athletes

* Attendees must be able to do a full range of motion overhead squat and be comfortable in an overhead hold.

* Focus will be on the squat snatch.

* The snatch is a highly technical movement. This clinic will show you what you need to focus on and provide you the tools to incorporate into your training after the clinic.

* Led by Coach Laura Panozza, CFL-1 & USAW-L1

Shoulder to Overhead - Feb. 5th

* Saturday Feb. 5th at Noon, 60 Minutes

* Max 8 athletes

* Attendees must be comfortable with the overhead position

* Session will cover all S2OH movements: Strict Press, Pus Press, Push/Split Jerk with focus on the Jerk

* Lead by Coach Joe Caraccio

Clean - Feb. 12th

$45

* Saturday, Feb. 12 at Noon, 90 Minutes

* Max 8 athletes

* Attendees must be able to do a full range of motion front squat and be comfortable in the front rack position

* Focus will be on the squat clean.

* The clean is a highly technical movement. This clinic will show you what you need to focus on and provide you the tools to incorporate into your training after the clinic.

* Led by Coach Laura Panozza, CFL-1 & USAW-L1

Double Under - Jan. 30th

* Sunday Jan. 30th at Noon, 45 Minutes

* Max 15 athletes

* Attendees can be either to get their first DU and to stringing more together

Gymnastic Clinics

Kipping - Jan. 23rd

$15

* Saturday Jan. 23rd at Noon, 45 Minutes

* Max 15 athletes

* The focus will be learning the proper technique to apply to pull ups and toes to bar

* Attendees do not need to have a strict pull to participate

Inversions at SOKOL - Feb. 3rd

$30

* Thursday, Feb. 3rd at 5:15 pm, 90 Minutes

* Located at SOKOL Baltimore

* Max 20 athletes

* Focus will be working on inversions plus "play time" on SOKOL's large soft surfaces

Muscle up - Feb. 6th

$30

* Sunday Feb. 6th at Noon, 60 Minutes

* Max 15 Athletes

* Attendees should be able to do kipping pull ups, preferably chest to bar and have ring dips

* Focus will be both ring and bar muscle ups

Olympic Lifting Open Gym

Skill Training

* Sundays at 10 am, minimum 2X/month

* 90 Minutes

* Max 6 attendees

* Lead by Coach Laura Panozza CFL-1 & USAW-L1

There is no programming, as it is an open gym style block of time. The space is limited  so that you get more one-on-one coaching. Please come prepared with an idea of what you want to work on and/or where your movement frustrations lie.
