Minimum physical requirement to attend:
* 5 touch-and-go strict ring dips
* 5 touch-and-go strict chest-to-bar pull ups
* 15 seconds consecutive L-sit hold unassisted from the floor - no parallettes
* 15 seconds consecutive false grip ring hang

Gymnastic Fundamentals


Date: Sunday Feb. 23rd

Time: 10:00 to 11:30 am (90 Minutes)

Max participants: 20

* We will be covering the basics of gymnastics that you do in CrossFit.

* We will discuss the proper shapes that you need to make, as well as proper technique with kipping, toes-to-bar, pull-ups, push-ups, handstand push-ups and introduce the bar muscle-up.
