Our member of the week is Michael Moore! Michael has displayed consistency since he joined PUSH last December. He made amazing gains by working hard in group classes and by dialing in his nutrition through customized nutrition coaching. When the gym closed in March, he stayed consistent. He continued to work on his nutrition, participated in virtual CrossFit classes, and shared his awesome energy with the rest of PUSH during Bright Spot Friday Zoom sessions.
