8:00 am - 12:00 pm - "Friday Morning Chill"

7:30 - 9:00 pm - "Friday Night Lights"

10:00 am - 12:00 pm 

 

Mobility

Wednesday @ 6:30 pm 

The mobility class will include passive and active stretches, muscle energy techniques, mobility education to help prevent injuries, relieve stress and increase range of motion during workouts. 

Yoga - STARTING MAY 8th

Sunday @ 9 am

Full 1-hour yoga class, time to get your Namaste on!

 

 

9, 1-Hour Classes over 3 weeks on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday @ 6:30 pm - Registration is open.  Limited to 12 people/class, each new session starts on Monday night.
