FRIDAY - Advance Open Gym "Friday Night Lights"

7:30 - 9:00 pm

SUNDAY

10:00 am - 12:00 pm 

 

Mobility

Wednesday @ 6:30 pm - Starting July 15th

The mobility class will include passive and active stretches, muscle energy techniques, mobility education to help prevent injuries, relieve stress and increase range of motion during workouts. 

Stretching/Yoga

Saturday  at 10 am 

Runner's Club

Starting Sunday June 14th @ 10 am - see Facebook page for route details

 

12, 1-Hour Classes over 4 weeks on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday @ 6:30 pm - Registration is open.  Limited to 12 people/class, each new session starts on Monday night.
