FRIDAY

Oct. 31st - Halloween: NO 6:30 pm Class

6am, 7am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

SATURDAY
9am, 10am, 11am

Members & CrossFit Experienced People Only
Sunday:  10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Saturday @ 10am

Running Group

Wednesday's @ 5:30 pm, Group Run from the Gym.  Post on PUSH Endurance Club facebook page if attending and desired length of run.

12, 1-Hour Classes over 4 weeks on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday @ 6:30 pm - Registration is open.  Limited to 12 people/class, each new session starts on Monday night.
