You may have heard the phrase, “you can’t out-exercise a bad diet.” Well, it’s true! Every choice you make in your nutrition pushes you toward or pulls you away from your health and fitness goals, regardless of what they are. Even the most talented, elite athletes are missing their highest potential if they are operating on an unhealthy or inconsistent diet.

What to Expect from 511Nutrition
Our Nutrition program uses a two-phase approach.
During Phase 1, you will come in for a nutrition consultation during which we will measure your body composition, determine your baseline, discuss your goals, and set you up with a customized plan. The program is tailored to your dietary needs, tastes, goals, activity level, and baseline. As you work through the 12 weeks of Phase 1, we will provide accountability along through check-ins and biometric screenings to ensure you’re staying on track.
After completing Phase 1 you will have two options:
Continue with ongoing monthly nutrition coaching, which will provide you with critical accountability to stay on track and solidify the habits that you have built.
If you ready to dial your nutrition even further to reach specific fitness-related goals, our nutrition coaches can further tailor the program with a customized macronutrient counting approach. This option includes weekly communication with macro review and adjustments based specifically to your workouts.
To enroll in the Advanced Sports Nutrition, a client must prove that he or she is capable of practicing the fundamental tasks covered in Phase 1 consistently, 75-90% of the time. You do not need to complete Phase 1 if you and your nutrition coach agree that you are capable of meeting the standards. The Advanced Sports Nutrition is a great way to help you train for running race or other endurance race plus peak for a CrossFit competition or setting new PR's.
