9, One (1) - Hour Sessions over 3 weeks at 6:30 pm on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday, limited to 12 people/Class. You must Register online for a Session before coming in. You can start on any Monday. In addition to the 9 Foundation Classes you also have access to Sunday Yoga and all Open Gym Sessions.
Dates and times are set and cannot be changed or substituted. If you miss a class we will work with you to review the skills during an Open Gym Session or by attending the missed class in the next cycle or in a private session.
A CrossFit Trained Coach and you will set the dates and times for the session(s). Up to 2 people may participate in the Private Session(s). Call #410-424-0565 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a Private Foundation Session.
First Class is FREE. Classes are led by at least one CrossFit Trained Coach. Classes are open to all levels. Classes include a warm-up, skill/strength/mobility, a workout, and a cool-down.
Each Month PUSH511 designates a day for a member to bring a buddy to a class. All fitness levels are welcome & please bring multiple buddies! The class is FREE even if your buddy has previously attended a class. See the PUSH Schedule for this month's Bring A Buddy Day. Schedule

35% Couple Discount, must live together, one person full membership rate, second membership with 35% discount.
