511Nutrition

You cannot out-exercise a bad diet. Fitness makes you accountable, because the workouts are harder based on what you consumed the day prior, cookie or lean protein.  Think of yourself as a fine race car, do you put cheap gas in a Maserati?

PUSH511 Nutrition Coaching like our CrossFit and Personal Training Coaching combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last you over the long haul.

CrossFit

1-Hour Group Classes led by a CrossFit Trained Coach designed to develop you from the inside out, from the core to extremity by training you in Gymnastics, Olympic/Power Weightlifting and short high intensity cardiovascular Sessions.  Power Hour with your new sweaty CrossFit peeps with high five's all around at the end!

Personal Training

Do you prefer one-on-one training or training with your best buddy vs group training?  Do you want to work on specific skills? Do you want to participate in competitions and need to master certain areas of your fitness tool box?  Then Personal Training is for you.

511Endurance

75 Minute Group Classes that are cardio - core based.  Great for people training for marathons, triathlons and obstacle races.  If you feel like there is energy left in the tank after a workout or maybe you are dying 10 minutes into a workout then 511Endurance is for you.

Emphasis is on endurance training with a combination of body weight exercise, strength training, and functional movement. Learn mobility tips and tricks to enhance recovery and keep you up and running.

InBody Scan 

Through the use of cutting edge bioelectrical impedance analysis, the InBody allows for accurate and non-invasive body composition testing in less than 30 seconds! InBody offers more accurate results than other “gold standard” methods of body composition analysis at a fraction of the price, time and invasion of personal space. This quick, easy and precise analysis will provide an objective starting point to track your progress as you start, or continue, on your quest to better health and fitness.

Yoga

Every Sunday at 9 am we offer a One-Hour Yoga Class, led by trained Yoga instructors.  Our instructors not only help you to become more flexible but teach you how to breathe while getting your namaste on.  Access to classes included in our CrossFit memberships or drop in for $20.
